Pinnacle Studio 12, is it possible to capture the Mini DV tape that imported into windows movie maker?
Hi
I want to try out Pinnacale studio 12 but theMini DV tape was imported into windows media player, is it possible to get it from there and into Pinnacle for editing? I have it as a WMV project and I also saved it as a Movie in Windows Movie Maker. I don'r have the original tape anymore. If yes hoe do I do it?

I'm assuming Pinnacale doesn't support WMV. Your best bet would be to get a program that will convert your movie files from WMV to MPEG or AVI. You might have to spend some money to get a good program otherwise it could decrease the quality of the video. Also don't forget to check all of the ratios, speeds, and make sure it doesn't want to compress the video to make the file smaller, basically it will decrease the video quality.
